Responsibilities
- Develop and implement unified onboarding programs for new hires across Customer Operations
- Deliver engaging training sessions on new products, processes, systems, and compliance updates
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex procedures into accessible training materials
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of training materials and shared knowledge assets
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback
