💼 About This Role

You'll provide professional and quality soccer training for LA Galaxy youth programs, including camps, classes, and clinics. You'll build positive relationships with the community and portray a positive image of the LA Galaxy in a fun, safe environment. This role offers the chance to work with a prestigious MLS franchise and develop young players.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide well-organized, fun, safe, and disciplined training environment
• Execute enthusiasm and engage participants with positive reinforcement
• Assist in set-up and break-down of scheduled programs
• Report major incidents and log using adequate documentation

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related work experience in soccer coaching
• Soccer Coaching License (USSF Grassroots or comparable)
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• BA/BS Degree
• USSF D, C, B, or A License
• Soccer playing and group leadership background
