Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams, customers, and partners to adopt the platform confidently. You'll develop scalable programs and toolkits, serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert, and drive shared understanding of best practices to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar role, ideally in digital experience or solution services.
• Deep familiarity with CMS, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns (headless CMS, API-first).
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs or knowledge bases in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful features and best practices for Customer Experience and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as company-wide Contentful SME, developing prescriptive guidance and creating workshops, materials, and tools.
• Establish a scalable technical enablement practice supporting continuous education and consistent understanding.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate features and influence decisions as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
