💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team to keep Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. Your work ensures minimal downtime and DOT compliance for our day cab fleet. No major engine overhauls or roadside calls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 trucks
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Class 8 trucks or similar heavy-duty equipment
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• ASE certifications (T-series valued)
