Description
You'll drive top-of-funnel growth through outbound prospecting for Betterment's 401(k) or Custody businesses. You'll generate opportunities via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn, understand prospect needs, and clearly articulate Betterment's value proposition to targets.
Requirements
- No experience required; outreach/relationship-building experience preferred
- B2B tech/SaaS sales experience (SDR/BDR) is a plus
- Curiosity and interest in financial products and retirement planning
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, cold calling, LinkedIn)
- Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities by creating target lists
- Understand prospect needs and communicate them to Account Executives
- Articulate Betterment’s value proposition and products to prospects
- Maintain Salesforce and provide voice of client to marketing/product teams
