💼 About This Role

You'll join Tala's CCR Analytics team to manage data and monitor loan recovery operations. You'll create dashboards that power decision-making and identify opportunities to automate processes through advanced analytics. This role offers the chance to work on credit infrastructure for the global majority in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards for Collections and Customer Support performance tracking.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data.
• Support recurring reporting and ad hoc data requests from business stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies for accuracy and consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Analytics, preferably in BPO / FinTech / high volume operations analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred). Ability to write efficient, scalable queries.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni or Power BI
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
