Requirements

• 5+ years professional VFX experience in video games
• 2+ years management or team-leading experience
• Advanced skills in Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop
• Experience creating high-quality stylized real-time VFX
• Proficiency in VFX fundamentals: timing, shape language, color theory

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of team deliverables and set excellence bar
• Provide craft direction and hands-on VFX support
• Balance visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity
• Build and mentor a world-class VFX team including external partners
• Collaborate with leads and directors to align on vision and priorities
