Description

You will be responsible for closing assigned shows, processing financial data, reconciling bank statements, and working with venue staff to ensure shows are ready for settlement. You'll collect invoices, code expenses, resolve discrepancies, and support the accounting team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collect and compile invoices for each show, code to department, and enter in JD Edwards
• Process road checks, cash receipts, invoices, artist payments, NSF checks, charge backs
• Reconcile bank statements, show files, tickets, Facebook marketing invoices, merchandise settlement, balance sheets, credit card transactions
• Work with venue staff to ensure proper documentation for settlement
• Review and vouch supporting documents for revenues and expenses; submit show close documents to AP
