You'll join Verse Medical's Talent team focusing on technical sourcing for Software Engineers. Your core impact will be building the top-of-funnel pipeline using tools like LinkedIn and Gem. This role is an incubator for your career growth into Talent Partner, Branding, or Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute high-volume sourcing for Engineering teams using LinkedIn, Gem, and other channels.
• Master the Verse narrative to convert passive candidates into interested applicants.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS (Ashby) and track conversion metrics.
• Support Talent Partners with scheduling and candidate coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years in a data-driven recruitment agency or startup.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Ability to communicate mission and values to passive candidates.
• Comfort with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and data tracking.
