You'll join Team Action, owning the worker activation journey from app download to first shift. You'll build onboarding workflows and document processing infrastructure that helps nurses get to work. This role is at a remote-first profitable YC company expanding rapidly in healthcare staffing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build onboarding workflow from sign-up through profile completion
• Implement documentation requirements for facilities and compliance
• Develop infrastructure to parse and validate worker documents

📋 Requirements

• Customer-centric product-focused engineering mindset
• Comfortable diving deep into credential validation and compliance logic
• Experience with TypeScript stack: React, Node/NestJS, MongoDB, Postgres

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app development (Ionic)
• Background in healthcare or compliance systems
