In this role, you will partner with engineering leadership to shape long-term technical strategy, design and build scalable systems, and mentor engineers to elevate the organization. You will solve complex problems and drive technical direction to support critical business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years professional software engineering experience including 5+ in architecture and 5+ in technical leadership
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience delivering consumer-facing applications and mission-critical backend systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and identify improvements
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable software systems across full stack
• Write production-ready code and conduct code reviews
• Establish coding standards and mentor engineers
• Drive automation and adoption of modern tools to improve engineering efficiency
