💼 About This Role

You'll lead a large automated fulfilment center processing 100k weekly deliveries, overseeing 500-1000 colleagues. You'll drive operational maturity and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team. This role offers ownership of a key site in a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, managers, and support functions.
• Drive day-to-day operations, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with last-mile teams and other sites for seamless end-to-end performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of operations experience with 3-5 years leading large multi-shift teams of 300+ FTEs.
• Hands-on leadership in high-volume automated fulfilment or production environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with material-handling systems.
