Description

You will be a technical anchor for Stripe's Workday ecosystem, owning the configuration of HCM, Compensation, and Prism modules. You'll lead annual Total Rewards cycles, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic projects to scale the People data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems
  • 3+ years deep configuration in Workday HCM, Reporting, and Advanced Compensation
  • Proven experience with confidential information
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR/Comp Planning)
  • Act as primary technical partner for the Compensation team
  • Manage day-to-day support of Workday HCM Compensation
  • Leverage Workday Prism for high-volume data transformation and reporting
  • Design compensation and stock statements using BIRT or Workday docs
