🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain backend systems for clearing, settlement, and financial operations
• Own projects end-to-end from ideation through deployment and improvement
• Develop new infrastructure and services for additional financial products
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building reliable, distributed backend systems in production
• Strong Go programming skills in production environments
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Kubernetes
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs for scalability

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with gRPC, Kafka, Docker, Helm, or observability platforms
• Experience in clearing, settlement, or securities finance domains
• Startup environment experience and adaptability to shifting priorities
