💼 About This Role

You'll support the employee lifecycle at Lawhive, a legal tech platform that combines human lawyers with an AI lawyer. Your work will ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day operations for a fast-growing team backed by Google Ventures and Balderton Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage new starter onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee IT and equipment provisioning for new hires
• Maintain internal systems including HRIS and asset tracking
• Support office logistics and employee queries

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination
• Familiarity with HR tools like HiBob, Ashby, or Notion
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a people-first attitude
