You'll lead the 2nd shift production team at a leading drone company, managing manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement. You'll own daily production performance and coordinate cross-functionally to scale capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and build the 2nd shift production team
• Manage change control and production changeovers
• Own daily production performance and resolve issues
• Develop shift handoff reporting and communication strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership
• At least 3 years managing supervisors or teams
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and scaling solutions
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Production planning and scheduling expertise
