You'll partner directly with engineering leaders to design and scale AI coding workflows using OpenAI Codex. Your core impact is accelerating how teams plan, build, and deliver software through hands-on prototyping and workshop facilitation. This role blends technical architecture, product strategy, and customer-facing leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical SME on Codex for customer portfolio
• Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows
• Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations
• Lead workshops and technical deep dives for engineering organizations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of post-sales engineering or solutions architecture
• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Active power user of AI coding tools
• Experience delivering large workshops or technical training
