💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical and operational support to employees in the San Mateo office while collaborating with HQ IT to maintain high standards. Your work will directly impact productivity and efficiency across a fast-growing company. You'll also have the opportunity to improve IT processes and take on new responsibilities as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-level end user support and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Administer SaaS applications including provisioning and access management.
• Partner with business units on IT-related projects.
• Analyze and improve existing IT processes.

📋 Requirements

• Prior IT/helpdesk or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to administer Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Experience with SSO platforms (Okta, OneLogin, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AV hardware and software, including Zoom.
• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Kandji, Intune.
