💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with product and design teams to build high-value features and drive the evolution of our architecture. You'll ensure availability, scalability, and efficiency of our services while owning code from development to production. This role offers 100% remote flexibility based in Poland.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on impactful projects with high volumes of production traffic.
• Produce simple, maintainable code and continuously improve it.
• Define testing strategies and write automated tests.
• Perform code reviews promptly, regularly, and constructively.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial experience with Python and web frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building complex software systems delivered to end users.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• 1+ years working remotely in a global environment.
