💼 About This Role

You'll join Carta's Fund Administration team to support top venture capital firms with their financial accounting needs. You'll provide strategic support including capital calls, audit/tax support, and limited partner communications. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform capital calls and distributions for fund clients
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support audit and tax preparation
• Handle limited partner communications

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of fund accounting experience
• Understanding of Venture Capital and Private Equity
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred

• Experience with fund administration software
• Knowledge of real-time IRR and portfolio data
• Experience working in a client-facing role
