You'll manage a geographical territory for EquipmentShare, expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors. Your core impact is executing the full sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer retention. This role offers uncapped commission and a company truck.

  • Territory management of a geographical area.
  • Execute full sales strategy from analysis to revenue growth.
  • New business development and client acquisition.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Superior outside sales experience with proven track record.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
