Description
You will provide tactical and strategic guidance to customers and the sales team during the sales cycle, handling complex systems and designing solutions. You will manage pilots, POCs, and mentor less experienced team members. You will also create enablement content and collaborate across functional areas.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a sales engineer/solutions consulting role selling to enterprise and strategic customers
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tech ecosystem including web analytics, content management, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and engagement, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling
- Ability to articulate the technical and functional capabilities of 6sense to both marketing and sales audiences including CMOs, CROs/CSOs, VPs of Demand Gen, Marketing and Sales Operations, Business Development leaders
- Ability to manage RFI/RFPs with tight deadlines
- Experience building custom POCs/POVs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work from our London-based office 2 days a week
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and strategic guidance to sales counterparts around solution design, platform deployment, and integration with enterprise architectures
- Define, execute, and manage detailed project plans for pilots, POCs and other pre-sales projects
- Work with product management and product marketing as needed to relay product and sales cycle-related requests
- Act as mentor to new and/or less experienced team members
- Create and conduct internal enablement and training sessions
- Collaborate directly with implementation, product and marketing teams across functional areas
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape including how best to position our platform against go-to market sales tactics
- Educate the greater SC organization on new findings and examples of win strategies
- Author SC, sales and CS enablement content including PowerPoint decks, recordings, enablement sessions, and Slack contributions
