💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement trading platform components for a Quant Trading team in crypto products. Your work will directly optimize trading strategies and analytics in fast-paced markets. This role offers hybrid work in Hong Kong.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Full-stack design and development of trading/data platform components
• Optimize existing models/analytics/algorithms/strategies with traders
• Participate in code audit, automated testing, and release
• Analyze and solve cross-stack infrastructure problems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in Java programming
• Experience at Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications
• Proficiency in TDD methodology and automated testing
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial/Trading knowledge and experience
• Experience in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market
• Strong desire to do things better and attention to detail
