As a Manager, you will oversee financial reporting and technical accounting engagements, ensuring timely and accurate project completion. You'll lead teams, research complex accounting topics, and review financial statements to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee progress of entire engagement in preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances
• Research complex technical accounting topics, identify relevant guidance and SEC rules
• Write basic technical accounting memos
• Establish in-depth understanding of complex financial statement areas such as SOCF, Equity, and EPS
• Identify engagement scope problems and opportunities for ancillary services
