💼 About This Role

You'll lead complete lifecycle design of plastic enclosures for consumer electronics at a full-cycle product company. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and Chinese factories to bring products to mass production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design plastic enclosures and mechanical assemblies for consumer electronics.
• Develop DFM- and DFH-oriented solutions for mass production.
• Collaborate with hardware, embedded, industrial design, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare production transfer documentation and support mold development through T0-T2.

📋 Requirements

• Expert in SolidWorks (95% solid, 5% surface modeling).
• Deep knowledge of plastic injection molding DFM/DFA.
• Experience working with Chinese factories on mold development and production.
• English B2+ level for technical communication with Chinese suppliers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sheet metal modeling and metal processing technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana/Trello/Notion.
• Knowledge of sealing methods and IP protection standards (IP54-IP67).
