💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for Finalis, the leading securities brokerage platform. You'll translate regulatory requirements into structured documentation, ensuring alignment across operational workflows. This role offers 100% remote work and the chance to disrupt the securities industry from anywhere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and maintain internal compliance policies.
• Conduct regulatory research on FINRA and SEC requirements.
• Translate approved policies into actionable procedures and SOPs.
• Liaise with Product and Operations teams for policy implementation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law.
• 3-5 years experience in compliance or risk function.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Broker-dealer experience preferred.
• FINRA/SEC knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with WSPs and SOPs.
