You will manage and grow existing customer relationships at Braze, driving expansion and renewals while partnering with cross-functional teams to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management or SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM experience
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and manage expansion and renewal activities
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
- Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, net new lines)
- Proactively analyze product usage and identify growth opportunities
