You will manage and grow existing customer relationships at Braze, driving expansion and renewals while partnering with cross-functional teams to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM experience

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships and manage expansion and renewal activities
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, net new lines)
  • Proactively analyze product usage and identify growth opportunities
