Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years data center or infrastructure operations experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure
• Experience coordinating operations across third-party providers

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across colocation data centers
• Coordinate remote hands, maintenance windows, and incident response
• Ensure availability of power, cooling, space, connectivity, and security
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis
• Support infrastructure platforms including Dell PowerFlex, Nutanix, VMware, and Kubernetes
