You'll lead a Security Operations Center program, ensuring delivery of mission-critical cybersecurity services and alignment with evolving threats. Your core impact is driving strategic planning, team leadership, and program execution while fostering stakeholder relationships. You'll work on innovative security solutions for a federal client.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships across the SOC program
• Support team development through hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Define and implement best practices in SOC program management
• Oversee SOC tasking, incident response, and operational activities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on Cybersecurity and SOC
• PMP certification required
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• Agile program delivery experience with AI/ML capabilities for cybersecurity
