You'll act as a strategic quality gatekeeper, ensuring legal submissions align with defense strategies and risk parameters. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and validate labor legal documents for technical accuracy and risk consistency.
• Perform final checks on sensitive litigation cases before filing.
• Provide detailed analysis of defenses, appeals, motions, and procedural documents.
• Deliver structured legal feedback and request adjustments when inconsistencies arise.

📋 Requirements

• Law degree with active bar association registration.
• Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
• Strong experience in corporate labor litigation and high-volume case management.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, including post-reform CLT.
