You'll lead studio operations and client experience at a high-end fitness studio. You'll drive sales growth through proactive client engagement and maintain brand consistency. This role combines coaching, sales, and team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client experience and brand consistency in studio.
• Manage local client communications via phone, email, and in-person.
• Deliver revenue targets through membership conversions and follow-ups.
• Coach 5 classes per week and maintain brand standards.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ years coaching experience preferred.
• High school education required, college preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• MBO experience.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Passion for fitness and the solidcore brand.
