💼 About This Role

You'll lead reliability engineering for AI-driven production systems in a cloud-native AWS ecosystem, designing and evolving infrastructure that minimizes toil and maximizes automation. Your work directly influences system uptime, developer productivity, and customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain autonomous infrastructure for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Own observability across systems with monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to reduce downtime and toil.
• Proactively identify risks in availability, performance, scalability, and security.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or operations with 4+ years in SRE roles.
• Strong programming and scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep AWS expertise including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Proven ability to build autonomous CI/CD and deployment automation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Relevant cloud or infrastructure certifications.
