Description
You will lead the B2B strategy for Cabify Spain, driving growth in the corporate mobility vertical by evolving the business vision, managing P&L, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, customer success, and team development.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in Sales or Business Development with 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams
- Deep expertise in Sales Development, Customer Success, and continuous improvement
- Advanced quantitative data analysis, modeling, and P&L management skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar (postgraduate valued)
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Evolve and implement the Corporate unit strategy aligned with company vision
- Manage P&L planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and EBITDA
- Adapt service solutions (Long Tail, Enterprise, KAM) to evolving client needs
- Optimize sales funnel processes (SDR, Sales, Success) through analytical frameworks
- Build and lead high-performance teams fostering collaboration and meritocracy
