Description

You will implement Salesforce solutions through the full SDLC, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with business and IT teams to drive platform optimization and innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Experience with at least one of Field Service, CPQ, Communities, or Commerce Cloud
• Deep configuration experience with Flows and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with DML, SOQL, and integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Knowledge of Sharing and visibility, platform limits, order of execution, and data storage impacts

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions through full SDLC including configuration, unit testing, code reviews, and change management
• Optimize and enhance multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Field Service, Communities, Commerce)
• Create and maintain Flows and transition from Workflow Rules and Process Builder
• Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflow automation
