You'll lead the transformation of solar array designs into flight-ready hardware at scale, operating at the center of production for a Series C space startup. Your impact extends beyond individual builds to shape manufacturing systems for high-performance solar hardware in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own manufacturing processes for solar modules and photovoltaic array integration.
• Develop and qualify assembly procedures and tooling requirements.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing feedback into array and module designs.
• Lead root cause investigation and corrective action on build escapes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience working with photovoltaic modules or solar cells.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end manufacturing processes in high-rate environments.

• Hands-on background in high-volume or automated solar manufacturing.
• Experience ramping a production line from pilot to sustained rate.
• Experience in space or defense high-reliability manufacturing.
