💼 About This Role

You'll join MongoDB's Business Value Consulting team, engaging with clients in a pre- and post-sales capacity to capture and communicate the business value of MongoDB solutions. You'll drive growth by building compelling business cases and validating value realization across enterprise customers. This role offers remote work in Spain and the opportunity to shape Business Value Consulting collateral.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead value-based selling engagements to build compelling customer narratives.
• Manage existing customers in Value Realization activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop Business Value Consulting collateral for internal and customer-facing use.
• Use business, technical, and financial analyses to understand baseline and future state capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in IT, technology strategy, or pre-sales consulting.
• Proven experience as a Business and Technology Strategy Consultant with business case experience.
• Expert in business and financial modeling (ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR).
• Power user in productivity tools for spreadsheets, presentations, and data visualizations.
