You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven automation in revenue operations at Suger, an API-first platform powering cloud marketplace sales for B2B companies like Snowflake and Intel. Your core impact will be shaping platform primitives and data models for complex enterprise workflows spanning pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. This role stands out for its hands-on, systems-oriented focus where you'll work closely with engineering, design, and enterprise customers to ship correct, transparent, and reliable AI features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems automating pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows with strong UX instincts.
• Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity in product decisions.
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
• Strong product design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating design instincts.
• Experience with AI-powered products, automation, or data-intensive systems.
• Fluency across the full product lifecycle from discovery through production and monitoring.
