πΌ About This Role
You'll join the Customer Care Integrations team at Toast, supporting new and existing partners with API and integration issues. You'll be the primary point of contact for post-integration support, troubleshooting, and escalation. This role stands out with bilingual English and French requirement and a hybrid work model.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide primary support for post-integration vendor issues.
- Accept direct customer calls, identify problems, and resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting using Toast systems like Splunk and Postman.
- Document support tickets and escalate when necessary.
- Collect feedback for continuous improvement across product areas.
π Requirements
- Fluent / Bilingual in French and English
- 2+ years experience in Customer/Technical Support or related field
- Experience working with APIs and Integrations
- Proficient in system troubleshooting and analysis
