💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site technical support to system users, resolving hardware and software issues. You'll manage Tier 1-Tier 3 tickets and maintain systems for clients. This role requires working weekend shifts (Fri-Mon, 10-hour days).

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for clients.
  • Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and install new equipment and infrastructure.
  • Manage MS Exchange and Active Directory environments.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of IT experience in enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of recent systems maintenance and end user support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, MS Exchange/365, Active Directory.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • MSP experience.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing system.
