💼 About This Role
You'll provide on-site technical support to system users, resolving hardware and software issues. You'll manage Tier 1-Tier 3 tickets and maintain systems for clients. This role requires working weekend shifts (Fri-Mon, 10-hour days).
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for clients.
- Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and install new equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage MS Exchange and Active Directory environments.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of IT experience in enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of recent systems maintenance and end user support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, MS Exchange/365, Active Directory.
✨ Nice to Have
- Financial services industry experience.
- MSP experience.
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing system.
