Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, working on complex opportunities that require in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Requirements

• 8-11 years of related industry experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to convey complex technical concepts
• Fluency in English and one of: Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Thai

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable applications and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB
• Provide customer advising and articulate the business value of MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generation
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in industry events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure customer success and satisfaction
