💼 About This Role

You'll work in a cross-functional team to deliver engaging features through A/B tests, building Python/Django backend services and integrating with third-party vendors. You'll own features end-to-end, balancing speed with long-term quality. As a Senior Engineer, you'll guide the team on technical decisions, best practices, and monitoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django.
• Create new backend services and troubleshoot third-party integrations.
• Balance short-term development speed with long-term technical quality.
• Guide team in technical decisions and improve engineering best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web apps.
• Willing to support small JS/TS tasks when needed.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Willingness to be on-call for your squad (1 week every 5 weeks).

• Experience with Python, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and high release frequency.
