Description

You will partner with India business leaders to align people strategies with business goals, coach on organizational effectiveness and performance management, and provide data-driven insights on workforce trends. You'll also manage employee relations, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, and support talent planning and culture initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
• Experience supporting teams in India within a global organization preferred
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor and employment laws
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage ambiguity
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred
