Description
You'll own day-to-day execution across paid social channels, running experiments, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to scale Airtable's growth engine. You'll collaborate with marketing ops, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing to ensure efficient, fully tracked campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on paid media experience across multiple channels
- B2B experience in sales-led and/or product-led organizations
- Detail-oriented and organized across multiple campaigns
- Strong communicator with proactive updates
- Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and builder-mindset leveraging AI
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Execute structured experiments and document learnings
- Deliver precise budget management and pacing
- Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations across spend, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages
- Support paid video and emerging channels (newsletters, TikTok)
