• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Provide leadership in ops, loss prevention, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
