πΌ About This Role
You'll lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives at Fivetran, driving new business and expansion across strategic accounts. You'll report to the RVP and champion a high-accountability culture using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to build an Enterprise GTM motion from the ground up.
π― What You'll Do
- Hire, develop, and empower Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
- Drive high-accountability culture through coaching and disciplined sales process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Forecast accurately to executive leadership with deep knowledge of Enterprise business
π Requirements
- 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining senior AEs selling technical solutions
- Experience building an outbound selling culture and driving pipeline generation
- Expertise in land-and-expand sales motions with large enterprises
