You'll own and deliver cross-functional eCommerce initiatives from planning through launch for a fast-growing company servicing 10,000+ orders daily. You'll design and optimize the operational systems that make execution predictable and scalable, reducing friction and increasing clarity. AI tools are expected to accelerate your work, with full accountability for outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own cross-functional eCommerce initiatives from planning through launch
• Translate ambiguity into clear scopes, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Audit cross-team workflows to identify bottlenecks and rework drivers
• Design and release standardized execution frameworks and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitatively rigorous field
• 5-8+ years in technical project, program, or operational management roles
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives independently
• Demonstrated experience redesigning workflows or improving operational systems

✨ Nice to Have

• eCommerce experience
• Technical PM, software, data, or automation background
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methods
