Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 10 years experience as project manager or seller-doer
• Proficient with Deltek Vantagepoint, MS Office, Project, Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Support Business Unit Leader with strategic plan execution and sales funnel management
• Cultivate specific clients, markets, and services aligned with firm goals
• Lead business development initiatives (RFQ responses, presentations)
• Develop competitive fee structures, negotiate contracts, and manage change requests
• Function as Project Executive in billable capacity to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
