Description

You will handle data entry, time-keeping, and payroll processing functions in UKG Pro, working closely with the Payroll Manager and team. You'll audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and respond to employee inquiries to ensure accurate and timely payroll.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years payroll or related experience
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Audit timesheets for missing punches, pending PTO, and punch change requests
• Load batch import files into payroll system and run audits
• Respond to employee and management questions via ticketing system
• Calculate and prepare off-cycle manual checks
• Respond to agency notices and verification of employment forms
