💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding and implementation process for enterprise customers, ensuring they quickly realize value from DeepL's Language AI platform. You'll manage complex projects, facilitate strategic conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to set customers up for long-term success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery
• Understand customer translation workflows and integrate DeepL with their tech stack
• Train customers to maximize value from the DeepL platform
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Product) to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience with 1+ year in client-facing SaaS implementation or onboarding
• Fluent in Japanese with working proficiency in English
• Proven experience project managing customer implementations
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
