💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and deployment of intelligent automation systems for next-generation manufacturing at Hadrian. Your work directly enables the scaling of autonomous factories that produce critical aerospace and defense components 10x faster. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn real factory needs into production-ready products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead software design for robotic automation systems used in manufacturing.
• Integrate software with hardware including PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Develop algorithms for calibration, path optimization, and collision avoidance.
• Interface with operations to test and improve deployed robotic systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing software for industrial or manufacturing robotics systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Experience with motion control, trajectory generation, and robot kinematics.
• Demonstrated ability leading cross-disciplinary teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC integration.
• Background in object detection or computer vision.
• Familiarity with ROS or similar robotics middleware.
